No response
Please could you again respond to my request. I have tried and tried and tried to get sky to send me the final bill with the early termination amount clearly stated on the bill so I can get EE to pay the outstanding amount

Hi @Order+sky+q+box Who are you expecting a response from? As fellow customers we cannot supply you with receipt. Can you not download a pdf copy from Your Bills

Bear in mind you have to pay your Sky bills - no one else will pay an outstanding amount.
AIUI Sky's billing system doesn't itemise the in the way you request. As already noted you can download your own bills from your account and this is the only format Sky will provide.

That's not how it works.
If you choose to switch your broadband, calls and line rental from another UK consumer broadband provider to EE, you'll be able to receive credit to your EE account to the value of your early termination charges or £300, whichever is lower. This offer will be prorated if you take out an EE package that's shorter than 24 months.

No ISP 'pays an outstanding amount', because there's no mechanism by which they can legitimately exchange financial information that is confidential to an individual customer account.
