INDEPENDENT APPS REMOVED
My account is restricted which I am aware of but the apps that I get free or pay separately from Sky have been removed this shouldn't happen

Re: INDEPENDENT APPS REMOVED
If you mean Sky Q then app access (on the box only) is also restricted as per the terms and conditions.

Re: INDEPENDENT APPS REMOVED
It doesn't work like that, if your bill hasn't been paid then you access to the content your Sky Q box has is also restricted.

Re: INDEPENDENT APPS REMOVED
From Q T&C's: (My emphasis)
"If your Sky services end or are restricted we may disable the relevant loaned equipment to stop it from
working. When we do this to a Sky Q box you won’t be able to receive any content including free-to-air
channels or other third party content and services."

Re: INDEPENDENT APPS REMOVED
Part of the Sky Q subscription pays for app availability through Sky-branded hardware. If you wish to have access while the Q account is in deficit you'd need to use apps on a smart television set or other device.
