Hi, I returned my SkyQ box as requested using the supplied packaging, I then preceded to get messages informing me I will get charged for not returning, I replied to the messages saying I had. I have just had £117 taken out of my bank account by Sky. I keep getting lost in the pre recorded soup trying to find a human to speak to, does anyone know a direct number? Thanks in advance 👍🏻
