No new bill information since accepting new contract

I recently agreed to a new contract with sky where the £10 admin fee was waived for my loyalty and a new price agreed. Since then I have contacted sky to advise my bills have not updated so I am concerned my service will be switched off as per my notice. Does anyone know how long a billing update takes im on 7 days past accepting the deal.

If you next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then this change is to late to be included on that one so should be on next months which you can see via your online account or the MySky app.

I should add on my sky app and online account the last bill shows small amount as per cancelling all future bills are set at 0.

Did you originally give the required notice to cancel then change your mind ?

yes I gave them the notice and was contacted with an offer which was agreed on. I have been told that im active for another 2 years. But have no billing to confirm this which usually updates after 48 hours from my previous experiences with Sky.

You might need to chase them up again about this as your billing doesn't sound right to me as I would have thought your future bills at the very least should have updated by now.

Out-of-interest, how long after you cancelled did it take for Sky to contact you? I have 18 days of my notice period left. My wife is pushing me to take out a new contract but I am not yet convinced.

I've just had the same happen to me. Cancelled then they rang a few days later offering a better deal and my next bills only have two products on not the whole of them. I had a £10 admin fee too which they waived but there was also another £20 admin fee on there too.

did you get yours sorted?

Re: No new bill information since accepting new contract

I finally got the bills and contract sorted. You will need to call and hope you get someone with some drive to help. I had to call 4 different times but eventually sorted. Just don't accept things will be done until you see it on the app.

Following your pattern too! Have made 3 calls so far. Each one promising to sort it within 10 days and nothing changes!
