No loyalty needed.. Doesn't matter

Loyalty doesn't mean a thing when it comes to getting deals as a veteran Sky prescriber.... and people stop saying "oh when you joined you got the deal as well" .. everybody who's complained in already knows that..

It's disappointing and discusting to be treated as nothing.

When your out of contract over 2 months surely your supposed to get treated as a newbee, helping you to get new deals again.... Surely 😒

No. Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this.

If you choose to leave and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits available at that time.

Not sure where you got this from as I'm sure that isn't and has never been the case. If you have no discount on your account then it is up to you to see if you can get one out of Sky.

Au contraire.... your loyalty (ie ongoing monthly subscriptions) to Sky/ Comcast means a great deal to them. I suspect you,  as one of their long term customers, are more profitable than the newbies.

I'm of the belief that loyalty to one's bank account is increasingly more important hence I'm an ex-Sky Stream customer.

Having said, this I still pay Sky via  Now TV  which meets my loyalty to my bank account and serves our household viewing needs.
