Hello , any advice or help appreciated! Thanks ..

so on Thursday the 27th November , my sky digital bill came from my account , £31.50 , my account went into minus , but I cleared the funds within the hour so the bill was paid? I assumed it hasn't bounced , as if so , I usually would've had the funds back to me , but this

morning £63 has left my account , so they've claimed my bill( which is up to date) , 3x in the span of 4 days , and I have no idea why.. any help Thankyou !
