No canellation of previous phone provider
Despite numerous assurances that there was nothing for me to do with regard to changing our phone from Plusnet to Sky talk (as part of a Broadband and talk package), I find that I have been billed until March 11th, when the transfer was February 27th.
I tried to speak to someone at Sky, but none of the choices fitted my problem.

Re: No canellation of previous phone provider
That's normal.
You are billed a month in advance ( and bills are generated 14 days before the billing date) and the billing continues as normal until the day the service is terminated, so you would always expect to be billed after the end of the service and would then have the money refunded.

Re: No canellation of previous phone provider
I presume this is PlusNet billing you rather than Sky?

Yes, if we hadn't contacted Plusnet they wouldn’t have known
