No address is associated with your account

Hello I am not getting wifi connection and also no signal on itv, and when it does work its very poor signal

Im not getting wifi connection. Im using mobile data right now, but when I try to check my area signal, i cant go further as there is a message saying ' no address is assiciated with your account' 🤔

That is the issue then so the first thing to try is this:

If this doesn't work then give Sky a call so they can look into this for you.
