No access to monthly bill

I've just had my first bill and it was double the monthly amount. I had no idea when the bill was due as I cannot access it on MySky. The message says I'm prohibited from that page. Anyone else had this?

Your first can be higher than usual as it covers a long period than the usual 4 weeks as it covers the period from the activation of your services to the date of the bill and the next 4 weeks.

 

To view your bill have you linked your account to your Sky ID as per this:

Thank you. I've just tried this and it still says the page is restricted. I don't understand why.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
