Refund

I cancelled my Sky broadband last December and until now I haven't receive my refund from them. Who can I contact regarding this matter?

@NickokciN Sky will refund any credit to your bank if they have the details and you are not got any other Sky accounts but the process takes quite a while. If you want it paid out more quickly givecthem a call. Nothing will be paid back though until,any kit required to be returned has been received and checked.

Thank you for your reply. Managed to call them and they say they will process it immediately, it is becuase it's more than 6 weeks now.
