No access to Sky whilst awaiting FFB connection
We have moved into a new (old) house. There is no existing phone line/socket or previous broadband connection.
We are having FFB installed next Tuesday.
We xannit watch TV at all, there is no aerial.
I was unaware of this when I transferred my Sky package with my existing puck and was advised I could plug and go.
U have therefore been charged from 12th Sept for streaming but won't be able to use this for another. Am I right to ask for a refund? Will this be forthcoming? TIA

@Otz you can always ask, but as customers here we can't say whether or not Sky will agree. Any refund would be on a pro rata daily basis.

Thanks, just sounding out really.
Any idea how to speak to someone - seems really hard to get a phone number!

You will need to wait unti, you have a working broadband connection before contacting Sky to see what they say, as well as the phone they can be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page.
