New sky equipment needed!!

Hi, I subscribed to Paramount plus a few months ago and am unable to watch it. I have request new equipment from sky but have had no joy. Staff tell they will call me back, but haven't and when I called again there is no record. Please help

That's not something fellow customers can help arrange. Have Sky said why not?

Also you haven't mentioned what this new equipment is, or what issues you are having accessing paramount + so its going to be difficult for this community to offer advice.

I don't think Sky would supply 'new equipment' just to support Paramount+ and so that request isn't likely to go anywhere.

 

If you currently use Sky+ and want to migrate to Sky Q, that's not a process linked with the Paramount offer.
