New remote

I spoke to somebody Tuesday. They told me they have arranged for a new remote to be sent in the post but I have since moved addresss and they would not allow me to change the address. I have no means of getting into the address on my account and it was a really bad situation and I cannot go back and do not want anything delivered there. I got told the delivery driver would be in contact but I have heard nothing and I am worried.
