Why does it say on my sky I have two 2TB sky Q boxes when I was issued a replacement and the original one given straight to the courier for return?

Hi @bernadette310   You can safely ignore that display, it does not reflect what you have. Whereas I have had a Main Sky Q box and two Minis for over 9 years, mine says I have one Mini box and no Main box!
