I placed an order with Sky today for a TV and broadband package, moving from BT as they are too expensive. Got an email from BT with the "sorry to see you go" but still haven't had any confirmation from Sky. Is this normal?

It does seem to be that for whatever reason Sky might not send an email out so the place to keep an eye on your order is here:
