New order - which address?
I am a new sky customer and ordered a wifi and tv deal the other day in preparation for moving house. I input my new address when I did 'check availability', but I assumed the tv and hub box would arrive quick after ordering, I put my current address as delivery since we won't be moving for a week or so. Can I please check that the address I put when I checked availability will be the one that the WiFi will be activated for? And not the address I put for delivery?

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
The hub will be delivered to the address where the activation is to take place and is normally dispatched to arrive a couple of days before the activation date.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
