New order no account details

Hi, I signed up for Now Broadband (managed by Sky). I had emails and texts saying hub was on its way etc but the corrispondence has not included any account or order number. I also connected to MySky account as per the email but the account name is my FirstnameLastname (not an account number) and when I click on any of the options regarding products or services or order it shows nothing. 

Is this normal. Perhaps it only comes to life once the broadband is activate which is scheduled on the 5th. 

 

Any reassurance or help welcome. (I do now have an order number via the online chat).
