Your customer servant agents are super - but your overall customer service is appalling. I've been with Sky for around 25 years and I'm leaving lock stock and barrel. Is very clear that there has been a massive cut in the money spent on the service ... I used to love dealing with Sky. I'm away to another phone provider, and we will be using our other streaming services instead. I'll save a fortune.
