New customer billing question

I've just arranged my switch to Sky and want to know when I start paying for my TV service. Is it when I activate the streaming device which will be in about 21 days or is it now because I can already view on the Sky Go app the channels  I am going to be getting. I seem to recall the customer service set-up adviser saying not before the streaming device is activated but I'm not sure. Thanks

@Wickham1 Your first bill will be due 3 days after you activate the service, however if you haven't activated it within 21 days Sky will automatically activate it.

Thanks. So does that exclude the App that I can already access?

@Wickham1

Up until you service is activated you get access to all available content on Sky Go then when your TV service is activated what you can view will match your subscription.
