New customer awaiting installation

I subscribed yesterday. Unfortunately not being installed for 3 weeks. Have had email about returning items (hub etc) but I've never had the items as NEW CUSTOMER. Email yesterday also referred to "cancellation yesterday"!!

Good thinking. Just checked and refers to engineer and set up etc, but no mention of a cancellation or returning items. I will just see if I receive box etc to return things I don't have. Thank you. Just a shame I have to wait 3 weeks for installation

If packaging does show up then you can either call them about this or if you would prefer Sky has a messaging team that will be able to send you a private message via here about this so post back here if you need further help with this.

Thank you That is useful to know about Messaging sky. Now logging off as cold sat in my car to d/w emails etc.
