No sky signal

Hi I had an out standing bill it's paid but my sky q box still won't connect? It's as if signal is still blocked

So if your services were restricted then Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. Also it’s worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

Have you also setup your payment method as you do need to do this even if it was in place previously.

 

That apart what is happening when you try to watch anything via your box ?

@Sos3 if you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' message  it has nothing to do with your account or bills. There's a problem with your dish setup which will require an engineer's visit.
