New contract

Hello I just signed up for sky and receiving my sky stream puck today. I was looking at my contract and noticed that it says its a 24 month contract. But when I signed up, I wanted the 31 day contract, i am so sure i clicked on that. I am really confused and don't want to be stuck in a 24 month contract. Is it easy to change this?

@angel_pam  If you took out a discounted deal then it will always be a 24 mointh term, there isn't a rolling  31 day contract option on the Sky website, you would have to call Sky for that.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
