Bill changes

Why after 4 months have my bills risen by £10! 
this is getting beyond a joke. 
anyone else had this happen when renewing their contract

Hi @Nickibee   When did you renew? The annual price increase may have been deferred for 60 plus days.

@Nickibee 

The annual price rise occurs in April for all UK customers. If you join or renew around that period the proposed increase is usually deferred for about 4 months and is then applied. It's kind of a grace period so you don't get hit by the price increase immediately. Your next increase (we have to assume there will be one) will be in April 2026, then April 2027.
