Hi,
I've tried to find a deal for new or returning customer, but they seem only for exisiting customers... So how do I order the service as new please? I even used link from email from Sky to claim returning customer deal - but nothing is there except to chat online.
Didnt it used to have a section where you can build a package before?
Hope to get an answer soon, thanks in advance

Hi @Lenham to get the best overall package price, I'd say your far better ringing Sky and negotiating the best deal.

Thanks for the reply/advice - but unfortunately we're deaf, so therefor we cannot hear well over the phone. Thanks anyway 🙂

Not sure if it applies if you're not already a customer but it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long have you been away from Sky for @Lenham because if it is 12 months or more then you would be seen as a new customer and not a returning one so if is the case it might explain why that link you tried to use no longer works.

Hi, we left in April 2021, so yeah I'd be classed as new customer, but the email we received last week which included this line "Come back today and save £234 over 18 months" and the offer is on until 29th December, hence I put down new/returning customer. Even if we're new, we still cannot build/get a package online easily the main page stated for existing customers..?
Thanks
