Suddenly unable to get netflix on phone or tablet. I'm being asked to create a netflix account even though I'm paying for Netflix through Sky

@rhbrichard123are you trying to log in to Netflix with your Sky account? Although you pay via Sky you will have a separate Netflix account, the two are just linked.

You need to login with your Netflix, not Sky account.

I try and sign in but keep getting try again as we are unable to complete the process. I don't understand why I'm having to sign on tablet and phone but not on tv.

No I give in  go back ck and try again. But same thing happens. Just not getting anywhere.

Are you paying  the Netflix  premium  subscription  where you can watch on 4 different  devices ?
