Unable to access billing and accounting

I am unable to view my bills and payments online.  It comes up as a restricted area.  Any ideas please?

If it is are you trying to sign in using your main primary Sky ID ?

@Arthur 27 have you got a smartphone? If you have, download the My Sky app. It's a lot simpler & easier on there. The bills & payments section is clearly listed & if you click on the category, your bills & payments are shown clearly.
