Netflix scammed

My account has been scammed by Spanish and they added Boost Premium Netflix I want it removed

You can't do that here. If you're saying your Netflix account had been hacked try the help here but if thay doesn't resolve it you need to speak to Netflix:

Thats a very common issue with Netflix accounts.

 

If you use the same email address and password for other accounts, i'd suggest changing the password on those other accounts. Also worth reporting it directly to Netflix via https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus
