New package agreed

Ageeed a new package after spending 3 hours in WhatsApp. Not put in place. Telephoned last week and said it had not been processed but would be overnight but still not showing on my bills section.

It is always better to do things like this by calling and speaking to someone rather than using social media so I would call them again and if they say the same or similar and you still don't see it on your account then all you can do is to register a complaint:

Thanks. My second contact was by phone and they apologised and assured me they would sort it straight away but nothing. So frustrating.
