Netflix's account

I received an email saying my Netflix account was being upgraded so I can watch on 2 different tv's in October but still doesn't work

It says sky signature, ultimate tv pack, boost to netflix's basic, sky cinema and multi screen hope that's what you need

It is the ultimate tv pack that gives you Netflix access so as you have this you will need to call Sky about this
