Changed my sky package in June and the price agreed upon I've noticed sky are taking over 25 pound more than was agreed would like to speak with someone to get this rectified and also get a credit for my over payments sky has all the phone calls to listen to to confirm my agreement with you look forward someone contacting me regards steve @Sky

@Steve462 You will have to call Sky regarding this matter, no-one on the forum including the community messaging team can assist, also please be aware the the username you tagged in your post isn't Sky its just a customer who chose that username and is probably regretting it.
