Why am I being charged £54 more than what my bill is?

My bill wasn't paid on the day so Sky suspended my account. I paid my bill. They're still saying I owe £54 when my bill was only 114. I tried to speak to somebody or you get is that stupid robot

Have you now setup )or setup again) a monthy payment method like a direct debit or a card payment as this will need doing if you are yet to do this.

@kateforsyth how late were you in paying? If you were two weeks late Sky will require you to pay next month's bill early.
