Need to change activation date new customer
Hi, new customer and starting a new contract awaiting hub etc however need to bring forward activation date. Installing for mother with dementia. Date when carer here and I need to be here to install. No option on website and can't get through to anyone. Not a good start! Hope can advise

@JillyM1 If this is for broadband the date can't be brought forward as you will have been given the earliest date available, Openreach need a minimum of 10 working days to activate/install broadband.

Oh no ....is this even if activated remotely? I just wish you could speak to a human instead if the help cycle of doom! I've spent most of the day trying to get in touch ... and ultimately now have a bigger problem! Thank you for your reply.
