How do I get to speak to a sky agent on chat?

I was on a chat forum with a sky agent.  They asked me to complete a couple of tasks [set up DD and make payment on account] and to go back to them to lift restrictions.  I completed the tasks but now all I can access is the virtual assistant who can't help me and keeps referring me to the Sky help page to call customer services.  Due to my personal circumstances I find it difficult using the phone and prefer chat boxes where possible.  Is there any way anyone can help me to get through to a sky agent?  it is causing a lot of stress so any help would be gratefully appreciated.  Many thanks in advance!

What did you do to get on the chat as it might be that it is only open during usual working hours so if you have paid what you owed in full and have setup your payment method and if your services have not been restored by tomorrow then try using the chat again. Services are usually restored once the payment has been cleared by the banks.
