I need sky to call me asap as I can't ring out I need to set up a direct debit or I'm going to be cut off. Please can someone contact me

This is a customer forum, if you need to speak to Sky directly you will need to call them.
It's 150 from a Sky mobile or landline, the 03 number can be found by drilling down through the contact options of the Sky main page.

How have you paid up til now (you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment already set up)? How late is your latest payment?

I'm getting on my tv that I need to ring sky can I not a set a direct debit up with them it's due on the 16th

Then you need to ring them on the numbers provided below:
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
