Need Previous Statements

I was a customer with sky from August 2018. I am unable to find the  statements from 2018 August. Can anyone please suggest how to get them quickly.

@Veerabhadra  You need to call Sky to request these.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Called and no use as they were saying its been more than 5 years and I am no longer a customer.

I thought it was 7 years actually. You might need to complete a subject access request form to obtain the details. I believe Sky may take up to 31 days to respond, so it won't be quick.

The Privacy Notice says, "These records are retained securely for up to 7 years after your account is cancelled. After this time they will either be securely deleted or anonymised."

 

So, a SAR is the way forward, but note the timeframes allowed - it may not meet the definition of 'quickly'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi All, 

 

Just to inform you all  that I have received a letter from Sky team  confirming  that I was a resident at so and so address with the  dates. They said they can't provide the statements from 2018. But the letter received is sufficient for my purpose.
