topic:Returned eqipment. Still being and now my broadband has been cuttoff
I am writing to express concern regarding a recent charge applied to my account.
I returned the Sky equipment last month after cancelling my Sky TV package, while retaining the broadband service. However, I have now been charged £200 for the equipment I already returned. Additionally, my regular broadband charge of £40 appears to have been combined with this fee.
As a result, my broadband service has been disrupted, leaving my family without internet access. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and resolved.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
We could normally escalate this to Sky via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for a 2-3 weeks. You will need to call Sky (which may be difficult if services are restricted) and speak to an agent. Hopefully you have kept the proof of posting receipt from the Post Office.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
