NOW TV BROADBAND ONLY
Hi
I have NOW TV broadband /calls only deal atm and want to switch to SKY as NOW have said they will no longer send the updates to the router.
Ive been going around in circles trying to figure out how to cancel one and start the other without a break in the service?
If anyone can offer any assistance or imsight on how to do this or indeed how to contact SKY and speak to a person that would be fabulous.
TIA
Vix

Re: NOW TV BROADBAND ONLY
@Vixpix89 welcome to this customer Community!
You need to 'switch' rather than cancel. If you do that there should be only a minimal break in service on the day the switch takes place - usually around 20 minutes. Sky's help here explains: https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/join-sky-broadband/switching-to-sky-broadband/articles/switching-...
If it matters to you, do note that it's unlikely that you'll be able to keep your landline number when you switch.

If you are an exsisting. Now tv broadband subscriber which from you post you are. The earliest way to change to sky broadband is actually go to the now tv web site. Sign in and select " Broadband" from the "more" menu at the top of the screen, you will then be guided to upgrade your broadband to the now tv broadband from sky service which I understand is Sky broadband.
