NOTICE OF BROADBAND PRICE INCREASE

I received a phone call from an Indian fella from Sky,discussing the price rise, unfortunately he couldnt do anything for me except try and give me sky cinema, uhd,hd etc for free short term, which i simply do not want.

now that i have had this call, can i swap my broadband to another provider penalty free,or do i still need to wait for the official email from sky ?

thanks 🙂

You'll have 30 days from the date you receive the notification to cancel your broadband service penalty free. No such option for TV packages though.

You need to wait for the letter or email. Was there a reason Sky called you in the first place?

Re: NOTICE OF BROADBAND PRICE INCREASE

He said he was calling because of the impending price rise and was seeing if he could offer me anything to soften the blow..........i believe he was just prospecting to get me to take some freebies, which expire, you ultimately forget about them and start paying more again.

I'd be wary of any unexpected calls claiming to be from Sky. Did the number end 3372?
