MySky says I have SkyGlass and I don’t

I have SkyStream but the MySky App says I have SkyGlass. How do I correct this?

Well it's wrong, for a start, and I'm guessing they don't cost the same.

Are you being billed for Sky Stream which I presume you are or Sky Glass ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

My account says I've still got a Glass TV pending delivery and has had since October 2021, can't say it's bothering me overly much.

 

That said it's showing £874 credit which will be applied against my monthly bill. I wonder if I could get that transferred to my Q bill 😉

Was this from a Sky Glass account that you used to have ?

Is it on the same account as your Sky Q one ?

Yes to both, not a serious post though as I (eventually) got my refund after cancelling the order before delivery. It's sat there on my account every since.
