Automated payment trying to take payment

Hi all I paid my bill early and it says on my statement that it's paid and I'm in credit but the automated payment is still trying to come out my bank that's 2 attempts now.

That's how automated direct debits work. There's never a need to make a manual payment and it doesn't stop the automatic payment from being taken.

The 'early' unnecessary payment you've made has gone on your Sky account as a credit towards next months bill leaving the latest bill outstanding. You still need to pay this to avoid your Sky services being restricted.
