Morning
Myself and my partner are unable to log into the MySky app, everytime we try to log on it says 'Your account is not authorised to access the MySky App'. We were always able to log on but now continously get this message. We have deleted the app and reinstalled and still get the same thing. This is becoming very frustrating now as we are missing out on our VIP Rewards.
Please help!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi,
I spoke with someone on the phone last week regarding this issue and they said they did something while we were on the phone and to try again after 24 hours. We did this but we are still unable to log in.
Can someone please help with getting this sorted as we are missing out on all our rewards.

@MarkGoldsmith yes replied to the invitation but we didn't have the correct password at the time so we had to call them instead but still not resolved.
