I have just ordered an iPad but I cannot view my product, orders and can't change any payments options, I have received the email saying the order is going to be delivered yet no money has been taken or nothing on my bank saying a direct debt has been setup, the online log it and app is completely useless to me I can't do anything on it without it saying it's restricted
