My sky tv and broadband is incorrect

Recently moved to sky broadband.  My bill was supposed to be £53 per month. To include Sky Q, Netflix, sky cinema and Paramount.  £121.53 was taken out of my a count for this month (August)

@Jh53

Have you checked the dates the bill covers?

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Hi @Jh53   Look for something like -XX days against items, to see if the bill is playing catch up plus the future month.

You must have moved to both Sky Broadband and Sky Television.  £53 pcm would be a heavily discounted price for an internet connection plus Ultimate TV with the Sky Cinema add-on.
