My sky is restricted

I have paid all the bills on my account and it's still saying my sky services are restricted I don't understand

Were you behind with paying your bills because if you were as well as paying what you owe you also need to setup your monthly payment method again as this will have removed if your services had been restricted.

Also, if it was for a missed payment, if your payment was two weeks or more overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.

 

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
