My bill next month included £15 premium visit for a Sky engineer to replace my mini Q box this Sunday the 26th October. I was told last night that this cost would be waived as I'm a Diamond member. Please retake it off next months bill asap.

We can't as this is a community where Sky customers help each other so if there is not credit for the charge then you will have to take this up with Sky by calling them.
