Wrong telephone number on personal account information
Wrong mobile telephone number for my sky account, but cannot edit it because two stage verification process doesn't send code to my mobile phone.

To turn the two step verification off all you need to do is to sign in with the recovery code you were asked to make a note for when you set this up. Once you have done that you can update your phone number and then set it up again.
