My forum status has been reset????

Just tried to log in and I'm getting a complete a new profile page.

 

My profile and status has all been lost. whats going on????

 

Superusers, please, what is going on????

@Chris4Stream1  Your current profile shos it was created today which suggest your using a different Sky ID to log in to the community.

 

Is this the one  you should have?  https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3822715

 

You'll need to find out which Sky ID/email address you created this one under.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Year, I just created it because I could not log in with my old profile,

 

Now I'm getting random error messages, like "you don't has access to that" page

What was the error message when logging in?

So I'm NOT Chris4Stream1, i'm Chris4Stream

 

I created Chris4Stream1 because I could not log in as Chris4Stream

 

I was getting a full page "you can not access this page" as Chris4Stream1, so even the new one wasn't working

@Chris4Stream1  You need to use your original user id to login under the correct user name, then when you have done this clear all cookies/browser history to see if it clears the error message.

 

Creating the new profile starts you from Level 0 again.

to the superuse what was helping me, i've manged to get back in as Chris4Stream

Only you can answer that but usually using the wrong login details can cause issues like this but at least you have the account back.
