About my payment

Dear team ,

today I have received a message from sky that

 

"

Hi. Your latest Sky Mobile bill is £162.50 and payment will be taken on or just after 02 August. For a full breakdown, go to sky.com/bill"


what is this bill for and why should I pay that much amount . Please explain

@Suresh145  No one on the community can see your bill, however you can, so have you looked at the bill to see what the charges are for as suggested within the email you received?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have seen in my bill but I can't find that amount only my regular bills I can find

Hi @Suresh145   I know it says sky.com/bill, but is that the underlining URL, and is not a phishing scam.

sky can I igore it ? Because in my bill just showing £24 per month that's it only no other payments

We're not Sky customer services. All the replies to your post make it clear that we're not Sky employees.

 

That's why you need to speak to them directly, if you don't know what the bill is for.
