Owed money

I cancelled contract with sky broadband. They took payment for next month and now shows as credit for future bills. I thought this would be paid back to me but still hasn't 8 weeks after contract was stopped. How do I get money back?

It is apparently taking longer than the usual 6 week timeframe.


We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off but should be available again during this coming week. You can perhaps contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in. .

Alternatively post back on this thread later this week and we may be able to help you further.

I have still not received money owed. Account says -42.99. This is now 3 nearly 4 months since I shut account.
