My direct debit is due on the 21st which is today it will get paid on mon but I’ve been restricted it always goes out like this so I don't know why I have been restricted thanks

If you have a valid direct debit & the payment has been taken for last month, and this months isn't due until Monday (Sky don't take payment on a weekend) I can't see how they would restrict services so soon.
You normally need to have missed a payment not only on the 1st attempt but also on the 2nd attempt 10 days later before services become restricted.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you say you have been restricted do you mean you see this when you login to access your bill because if your services are active it doesn't mean that Sky have suspended then due to a billing issue.
